Cupcakes and Cupcake Toppers and Wrappers Oh My!

This weekend our congregation is having a Pioneer party. Pioneering is when we spend a certain amount of hours a month out talking to our neighbors about the bible. It is such a fulfilling privilege that I just recently was able to do!

So for the party, I was tasked with making cupcakes (well duh I am a cupcake master). The theme for the party is Mexican food. I ran through my options on what to make and thought "oh well maybe a spicy chocolate would be nice" but then was reminded not a lot of people can do spicy. I finally settled on a churro cupcake. When I make them and hear how they tasted by some of the friends I will absolutely post the recipe, but in the mean time I have been making these adorable cupcake toppers.

I have a set of 4 I am doing Margaritas, Cactus, Maracas and a sombrero hat. I just wanted to share what I've made so far and tommorrow I will post a recipe or two for a cheesecake I made yesterday and cupcakes I made last week!!
